Personal Development Record System

PDRpro is the electronic browser based personal development record system used throughout the Scottish fire and rescue service. The system allows individuals to record how and when they both acquire skills and maintain them.

The system is designed to make the process as straightforward as possible whilst still remaining meaningful. Incorporated within the system is an electronic portfolio for use by candidates undertaking the 'Operations in the Community' Scottish Vocational Qualification.
